Bergara B14LM201: Bergara's B-14 Woodsman Rifle is ideal for serious big-game hunters. It has a 4140 CrMo steel barrel, which features a matte blued finish, and is drilled and tapped. The walnut stock has an American classic shape with a straight comb, no cheek piece, and bedded integral pillars for stability and enhanced accuracy. The stock is also finished with multiple coats of oil. Its super-smooth B-14 Action, is a two-lug system with a Sako-style extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech to ensure a smooth feeding and extraction of the cartridge. It's also outfitted with a Bergara curved trigger to guarantee a crisp, clean pull every time you fire the rifle. This 300 Winchester Magnum has a 24" barrel which is also compatible with Remington 700 sytle rings and bases. It has a hinged floor plate magazine.

Wood Stock process: During the stock making process 2 oversized holes are machined and filled with a tough metal infused epoxy resin. After the epoxy cures the stock is CNC machined to exacting tolerances. The result is 2 solid epoxy pillars that surround the action screws. The high grade European walnut stock is then finished with multiple coats of hand rubbed oil.
