Browning's BLR features an extremely smooth rack and pinion-driven bolt which locks tight to the barrel. The chromoly steel barrel is precision machined, button-rifled, and has a crowned muzzle. It also has low profile, adjustable rear sight and a bead front. The White Gold Medallion model's aircraft-grade alloy receiver has high-relief engraving, nickel finish and is drilled and tapped to for your scope mount. Its stock and forearm are constructed of an American walnut, with a checkered grip, Schnable on the forearm, and a high gloss finish. The BLR has a polished blued barrel, detachable box magazine, and a wide grooved trigger. This 243 Winchester model has a 20" barrel.
