The Battenfeld 1093568, or Caldwell Hydrosled Shooting Rest, is a robust piece of equipment capable of supporting up to 50lbs of media. To cater to a wide range of firearms, the shooting rest offers 3.5" of horizontal gun fit adjustment which is ideal for most rifles and shotguns. Inclusive of most detachable magazine rifles and lever-action rifles as well.
Meticulous adjustments are possible thanks to a rack and pinion elevation ram. For further refinement, the Hydrosled provides fine windage and elevation adjustments. To ensure stability, an elastic front retention strap is fitted to reduce muzzle jump, and an advanced rear recoil absorbing pad is included. This pad not only protects the firearm but also the shooter.
Its portability is increased when empty, offering ease in transporting between locations. The reservoir for this model is fillable, with a dry weight capacity of 16lbs. If filled with water, the weight increases to 35lbs, 45lbs with dry sand, and reaches up to 60lbs if filled with pebbles.
