PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Hornady 45031's Sub-X (Subsonic eXpanding) bullets are developed to give maximum performance without making a loud noise. These bullets are intended to penetrate deeply, functioning below the speed of sound. A key feature of the Sub-X is its lead core.

Also, it is designed with long grooves in its gilding metal jacket. Along with its flat profile, the unique Flex Tip insert located in the hollow point cavity of the bullets delivers reliable expansion at low velocities.

Last but not least, the bullets are equipped with cannelures which ensure a positive case crimp that makes Sub-X highly suitable for semiautomatic weapons.
