PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Leupold 49836: Leupold boasts an all-encompassing selection of steel detachable precision mounts, built on the well-known cross slot concept. The mechanism of quick-release Weaver style mounts permits an adaptable double lever system to ensure the rings are securely locked into the base. To achieve a lock, just rotate the levers. The spring-loaded levelers are designed to be "parked" by pulling out each lever, hence, disconnecting it from the locking screw. You can then adjust the levers to your preferred position before releasing them back into the spring. Quick release Weaver style rings are engineered to fit any pre-existing cross-slot base, allowing the transformation of current mount bases into a quick detach system.
