AUCTION DETAILS: SN# IOM3888. 1926 dated. Hex receiver Dragoon era Tula rifle. Receiver shows Imperial Eagle. Original serial number on barrel shank 22459, with matching bolt and magazine floor plate. Bore shows excellent rifling. Rifle is well covered with light cosmoline and stock and blueing appear to be very good condition overall. Rear sight is pinned at 300m max range, and magazine and rear sight base show the commercial markings common to this Ukrainian batch of civilian-sold rifles.
This rifle came from a nice small lot of arsenal refinished Russian M91/30 rifles. 7.62x54r caliber, 5 round bolt action rifle. The rifle is from a batch that came to us pre-boxed for maximum protection. This rifle comes complete with a bayonet, original dog collar sling, two ammo pouches, oil bottle, canvas pouch, and small tool set. Nice wood stock and a smooth metal finish with all original markings intact.
This is a very special Russian made rifle that was imported from Ukraine and has very slight modifications which made it purchase legal for the Ukrainian civilian market and also allowed it to be exported. See video and extended description for full details.

M91/30 rifles, especially nice ones, have been extremely difficult to get and we feel very fortunate to have acquired this rifle.
Note - This very special Russian made M91/30 rifle was imported from Ukraine and has some special markings and a very slight modification to the rear sight which is pinned at the 300 meter mark. This modification made the rifle legal for the Ukrainian civilian market and also made them legal to export which is how they were obtained. The pin can be dremeled off from the rear and removed by the end user if so desired but we have chosen to leave the pin as these are how they were purchased and should make them very unique to the U.S. market. The availability on this rifle was limited to a very small lot of guns that were marked and designated as permissible to the Ukrainian civilian market prior to the Russian invasion / annex of Crimea in Ukraine.
