This model features semi-automatic operation and is chambered in hard-hitting 12GA. Sometimes it is hard for us to convey how beautiful something is when we get our paws on it here in the warehouse without being able to let you physically hold it, but take my word on this one, this Silver Eagle Gold Horse competition shotgun is one of the most incredible scatter guns I have picked up in a long time! I have never seen a package quite like this that offers a competition set-up and is reliable, ergonomic, and will not break the bank! Other competitor shotguns that fall in this category are well over the thousand dollar price point. But Silver Eagle decided they had a problem with that and constructed this Gold Horse shotgun to economically supply shooter's needs around the world.
This model is constructed on a lightweight aluminum receiver that is also incredibly rugged. A 24" chrome-lined barrel is included making it more maneuverable than more extended models, which makes this shotgun great for competition shooting or home defense. The semi-automatic operation on this model is silky smooth and chambers and ejects shells with no problems at all regardless of length. Hi-vis green/red iron sights make this model ready to shoot right out of the box and offer a nice contrast for quick target acquisition. If you would like to add an optic, this model features a Picatinny rail section on top of the receiver, which allows you to do so! The forend on this model is incredibly ergonomic and also offers a Picatinny rail section for mounting a light or other tactical accessory.
