Speaker 1:
Hey, everybody. Ben with Classic Firearms here. Today is Tuesday, July the 11th. We're going to do something today, folks, we hardly ever do. We're bringing you the same rifle today that we brought to you yesterday. There's a couple reasons for this. These are the Century C308s. It's their HK91 platform. We ran these yesterday at a fantastic price point. They are still selling strong. Seldom, if ever, in the history of our doing emails and presentations and so forth, has any one item generated so much buzz, so many calls to customer service, so many questions, et cetera. We thought that it warranted a second short email to answer some of those questions, tell you what's going on, and frankly, like I said, just take some of the burden off of customer service with so many people calling in with specific questions regarding these rifles. Truth is, we're going to be sold out of these either way. They do not need any more promotion because they are selling so well. We had fewer of the tan ones. The tan ones are selling very quickly. We are going to run out of these first. Certainly, by the end of the week, these will be gone. I do not have any way to replace them. The black ones are actually selling at a slightly more rapid pace, but I had more black ones, so those will follow suit shortly thereafter. Each one of these rifles, again, is a HK91 platform, 308 caliber. Each one comes with a total of eight 20-round mags and one five-round mags. To answer some of the questions ... I said one five-round mags. I made that plural, didn't I, [Dylan 00:01:37]? You did. One five-round mag. To answer some of the questions, are these new rifles? Well, they appear to be new rifles in all ways, shapes, and forms. I'm going to let Dylan scan this thing. These are made from part kits by Century Arms. They put them on a new receiver here in the U.S. They put new barrels in them. Any time they build something on a part kit, they do not call it new. They call it excellent. So these are referred to in their branding as excellent condition. However, for all practical purposes and in all appearances they are new, and they do carry a one-year warranty from Century, so you don't have to worry about that. One of the other questions is somebody saw the profile of the rifle here on the side and called in and said, "Where's the charging handle? I don't see a charging handle. How do you cock it?" Well, this is a G3 platform rifle. Charging handle is out here. Actually, you draw it back. You see it opens the bolt. Has a lock position on it so you can lock it open. Dylan, if you'll scan back a little bit on that. When you're ready to close the bolt and fire, just slap the handle. It closes the bolt. We know it's empty. That's the fire position, of course, semiautomatic thereafter. Beautiful rifles, come with a lot of mags. Ammo and mags are very common to this rifle. It fires a 308 Winchester or a 7.62x51 NATO round equally well. They're made to function with both of those. One of the other questions is, on the tan rifle, the product code for this tan rifle is not mentioned specifically in the rebate form that Century prints. The reason for that is when they printed those forms, they did not have this tan Cerakoted model. However, the base code for the rifle still represents the C308 rifle. We have talked to Century. They say, "Just because it's Cerakoted, regardless of the finish, we are doing the rebate on the rifle regardless of the finish." We have 100% assurance, in writing, that the tan model with the FX on the end is covered just the same way under the rebate that the black ones are with just the X on the end. So yes, this one is covered under warranty even though it's not specifically mentioned in their rebate form. Folks, today is the ... What was it, 11th? The 11th. We have through the 15th to get those in or ... Remember, you don't have to receive the rifle. If you place the order, you will get a order confirmation that day from Classic. It will be dated that day. As long as it's dated before the 15th, you can use that to get your rebate. Again, folks, great deal on these. Our price level is 499.99 with all the stuff you see there. You can enjoy a $50 rebate from Century that brings the final cost on either one of these rifles to 449.99. Okay. There's enough of that. I don't have them here on the desk, folks, but we received some more AK rifles yesterday that also go under the Century rebate program. We got some of the nice Yugoslavian N-PAP rifles, so you can look that up. They're at a great price. Look it up in our system under Yugo N-PAPs. Those have been very popular for us. For the next four days, those are still under the rebate. Now, Dylan, come over to the end of the table. The pistol you see on the end of the table today was going to be our lead item today before we had so many questions on the C308s, so we thought we'd go ahead and run with this today. It's an incredible value. This is a Walther PPQ, the M2 variation 22-caliber pistol by Walther. We got a special deal on these, and we're going to be able to offer them lower than industry standard. Beautiful little handgun, 12-round, stainless mag. You can see how smooth the action is. Beautiful sights. Of course, it has all the Walther quality, but first and foremost, we know that our customers are looking for a great deal. We have checked the industry over. The deal that we're about to offer you on this beats anything that we can find out there. If you've ever wanted one of these, and who would not, take advantage of this price point 299.99 on the Walther PPQ M2, brand-new in the box with all the factory warranties and so forth. Again, 299.99. Folks, that is ergonomic. It's got a rail system below the barrel. Again, such a smooth, wonderful action. Walter is renowned for its quality and accuracy. That would be an ideal addition to any collection, particularly at that price point 299.99. Folks, one announcement. Today is Tuesday. Tomorrow, we have some much anticipated surplus that we're going to be bringing you. I am really proud of what we're going to be able to show you tomorrow. If you love surplus, and who doesn't, tune in tomorrow. Be sure to see our email. We have a very nice run from a very nice collection of surplus. You're not going to believe your eyes, folks. Please be sure to tune in tomorrow. We appreciate your business. God bless, and thank you for being with us at www.classicfirearms.com.
