Speaker 1:
Hey everybody, Ben with Classic Firearms here. Today is Thursday, June the 15th, and we're going to jump right into this one, folks because we have something really exciting for you today. We have Swiss Lugers. This is probably about our fourth bath of Swiss Lugers that we've ever been able to obtain and bring to you. The importer over in Switzerland that we deal with that tries to find these for us says that this will be it at least for a while. He has no more on the immediate horizon, at least. He said he has no idea if and when he will ever be able to bring more of these in for us, they've become extremely difficult to find. This particular lot was a private collection that he found in Switzerland, we were able to get them in. Without further ado, jeez folks, we spend 15 minutes on a video with these when we have them, and we sell them out in two minutes. We're just going to jump in and show you what we've got and post them up for you tomorrow for sale. Dylan's running the camera. Dylan, come right in and let's start right here on this side. We'll start with our most base model. This is, I call it the Swiss shield mode. The reason being, is on the toggle here, you will see the Swiss shield and the cross emblem for the Swiss marking, showing the manufacturer. These are beautiful pistol. This particular group is non-P parked, and we'll cover P markings when we get into a P marked group. These are gorgeous guns. We have six of them in total in the standard Swiss shield marking. Swiss Luger, this is the 1929 model, non-P marked. We have six at $1999.99. Our next group is the same group of guns, hold on there just a second, Tammy. Same group of guns, 1929 model, all of these have the Swiss shield also, let me give you another look at that. With the exception of the difference is, that these are P marked. Dylan with the camera, capture that. Think I've got it. Typically a P marking is either on the trigger guard or on the side of the frame. The P mark indicates that at one point, of course these were all issued guns for the Swiss military, when a soldier leaves military service, they are given the option to purchase their pistol if they so desire. If they purchase it, it goes into private hands, they mark it with a P to show that it's no longer in military service, but now in private possession. At some point, they ended up in a private collection over the years, and that's how we obtained these. P marked guns normally bring a little bit of a premium, because of that, these are just a little higher. We have 10 pieces of these total, Swiss shield P marked at $2049.99 Moving right along without really any rhyme or reason because we have four, five different batches left there. We have one of the 1929 in the Swiss shield with the red Bakelite grip. This one is not P marked, and it is at $2199.99. All of these custom options will be listed under the ad, so you can buy them individually by their characteristic. The next one is a Swiss shield marked 1929, let me show you the shield. It is also P marked. This one has the wood grips, beautiful wood checkered grips. I'll show you both sides. Overall, folks, every one of these is in very nice condition, and of course, working order. This one's Swiss shield, 1929 model P marked, with a wood grip, $2249.99. I don't think we showed the P mark on that one, but let's show the P mark there on the trigger grip, or the trigger housing. Next pistol, Swiss shield, 1929, these are also P marked. We have two of them as you can see here, let me see if I can find you the P marking. There it is, also happens to be on the trigger guard, camera picking that up, Dylan? We've got it. All right. These are with the nice red Bakelite grips, the red Bakelite's are very desirable on these pistols from a collector standpoint. We have two of these, folks, at $2249.99. Our next group changes up a little bit. These are not Swiss shield modeled. These are the Waffenfabrik Bern, it's the 0624 model. These have wood grips, they are non P marked. Let me show you an example of one, there're four of these as you can see in the grouping there. Beautiful collection of pistols. Four of these, non P marked, at $2199.99. Moving right along, we'll save these two for the last, Dylan, let's move right over here to this one. This is basically the same pistol as you saw previously, but with the P markings. It's the 0624 model, Waffenfabrik Bern. I don't know that we showed you the toggle, the markings are on the toggle here. This is a Swiss Luger but made in Germany on contract for the Swiss, but Waffenfabrik. Beautiful wood grips. These are the P marked models. Some are on the frame, some are on the trigger guard. Is that it there on the trigger, Dylan? That is. Very good. That light's reflecting from me. We're using some new lighting, folks, it's very hot but hopefully it helps the camera pick up those markings good. At any rate, these are the wood gripped guns. We have a total of six at $2249.99. Last but certainly not least, and this is a real treat, we've never had these before to my knowledge. We have two of the DWM guns, the DWM06. Let me show you the markings on those, because they're just absolutely beautiful. You can see the markings here on the toggle. Do I have good light on that, Dylan? You do. All right, you can see it on the toggle. You can also see it out here on the frame, on the end of the frame, with the Swiss shield and the insignia there. The DWMs are much more rare, they are beautiful. I have one P marked gun and one non-P marked gun. This one is the P marked. Let's see, in this case, the P mark is going to be on the frame. We have that one and we have one only, at $2499.99. With the one non-P marked, at $100 less, condition is virtually the same, wood grip, WDM. Let me show you once again the markings on the toggle, and the markings on the frame. Beautiful pistol, non-P marked on that one. It's $100 less, at $2399.99. Folks, let's go to the holsters. In the past, when we've gotten in these Swiss Lugers, some of the Swiss Lugers, we never get as many holsters as you get pistols. Never have, at least, and we didn't this time, either. But in the past, we had pistols come inside the holsters. When we did, we just sold them the same way, we thought there may be some significance there, so if the pistol came in the holster, we sold it in the holster. This time, all of our holsters came separately just in one big box, so we're selling this separately. We have two different styles. These Swiss Lugers holsters command a premium. Collectors know their value. We have just the standard holster itself, the leather holster, here's a good example of it. With the belt loops on it, this particular one, we have six of these just the holster, just the holster, at $100. Then we have the holster with the accompanying lanyards, we have 11 of these. They're all leather, some are dark, some are lighter, but this is an indication of a typical condition on those. Dylan, we'll go to the tag. Holster by itself, we have six of these pieces at $100, or the holster with the lanyard, we have 11 of those at $125. Those will also be listed as a custom option to the handgun. Last but not least, we have something here we've never had before. I have never seen one of these in 28 years of business, I've never seen one in person. I've seen them in magazines, I've seen them in a museum actually, but I've never seen one of these in person. This is a K3143 Swiss sniper rifle. I want Dylan to show the condition, scan it really good on that side, Dylan, and then we'll turn it around and show you what makes this rifle so unique. I've never noticed that front sight. Look at that front sight closely. I don't know what that is exactly. I'm sorry, I'm not an expert on these, folks. I can tell you about the rarity of it, makes it as such that I don't know that anyone's going to be an expert. But, this is a Swiss sniper. You can see the sniper optics. This is a lens cover. Comes complete with its lens cover. I'll pop it back on. It rolls up or back down into that slot to be out of the way. Has some type of an elevator here for the scope itself. Never seen anything like this in person, folks. I know that I can't describe this to do it justice, but the rarity of it, and we only have one, came out of a private collection in Switzerland, can't believe that we have it. Anyway, there's only one, folks, I'm going to lay that down very easily, so the optics aren't disturbed. We have one piece, I'll lay it there. It's going to be under Swiss K3143, it's the only one we have, $3499.95. What a collector's piece, folks. Listen, folks, we know that that was a lot to absorb in one video. Because of that, we never do an immediate release when we have these. Today is Thursday, these will be posting Friday at noon. I would suggest that you go through, pick out the one that you want to try to get, be ready Friday at noon to place your order. All the custom options will be set up exactly like these, the tags are set up, so that you can select the one that you want. Good luck with getting one, we know there's going to be a mad dash for these but they are a tremendous find. We thank you for your business. Let's see, did I tell people tomorrow at noon, that'll be Friday the 16th at noon. We got- Eastern. Eastern standard time. That's right. We're in North Carolina, if you can't tell. That'll be eastern time. Thanks for your business, and we appreciate you being with us at www.classicfirearms.com. .
