Surprisingly good handgun for the price

This pistol is a blast to shoot (har har). It has one of the best triggers I've ever felt. It seems to be utterly reliable. The recoil is very manageable thanks to good ergonomics and a rotating barrel design.

My two main gripes: the fit and finish are not perfect (some sharp edges, mag release works but is not very smooth), and extra magazines are hard to find. That said, I would still recommend this pistol. Classic firearms is amazing as always.

I'm a lefty and this is the best handgun I've ever had. I also have more expensive ambi 1911's and others but nothing even close to this. For the price this is one of the best buys on the market (right or left handed). Look it up on youtube...many good reviews. Would like to see Classic carry more Grand Power handguns in the future. Wish Classic would carry extra mags. They're difficult to locate. I still haven't found any yet. That's the only drawback but the quality and the fact that it comes with 2 mags more than makes up for it. First class service from Classic Firearms as usual. When it comes back in stock you should buy it. Going to save my pennies and get the K100 next if still available. Thanks Classic Firearms!!!

I bought this a few months ago when Classic still had them in stock, and I am so glad I did. This handgun has become one of my favorites guns to shoot, and I will very possibly end up using this as a concealed carry one as well. The feel of it in my hand makes it seem as though it was made just for my hand as there isn't a single thing I can gripe about when it comes to the comfort and feel when holding it. As far as the fit and finish, I personally cannot complain at all about it. This is a solidly built gun that is designed to last. Recently Century Arms had announced a recall on the barrel of it, apparently due to some guy in Europe having a single issue with it. For me, I saw no problems, but sent it back and Century was very prompt in returning it with a new barrel. Eager to check it out again I took it out and ran about 200 rounds through it with zero issues. I ran Federal 9mm through it along with some Tula 9mm I had acquired. Both fed through the gun without any issues at all, although the Tula stuff is a bit on the dirty side. Either way, the pistol ate them up without a single issue. This is a handgun I could very easily recommend to someone and have zero reservations about doing it. About the only complaint I might have is the difficulty in finding magazines for it, but when it comes to the pistol itself I have zero issues. This is a solidly built pistol that I expect to serve me well for many years to come. Kudos again to Classic for the superb service; hard to beat them when it comes to great service and great prices.
