Pros
1. Finish and quality of this firearm was much better than expected.
2. Reliable - Right out of the box, I fired 100 rounds of cheap steel-cased ammo without any failures. The brass (steel) landed in a pile about 20 feet to my right.
3. Trigger is much better than expected
4. Very simple design. Easy takedown and maintenance.

Cons
1. You will want to file down the edges of the trigger guard as they are quite sharp (which is common among mac style of firearms)
2. Massive grip (if you have small hands, this may not be the most comfortable to shoot)
3. Mag release is incredibly stiff. It is a two hand job for sure.
4. Not the most practical pistol (bulky and poor sight picture) - easy and cheap to convert into a legal carbine though, if you want something that isn't just going to chuck lead downrange.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Prepare for a fun day at the range!

I took my new VMAC 9 to the range today and was very impressed. I put 100 rounds through it with zero issues, and the accuracy was better than I expected. The magazine was in very good condition but pretty grimy inside. I would highly recommend taking it apart for a thorough cleaning before firing. This pistol is well made and a lot of fun to shoot. I enjoy this pistol a lot. Decent cost and very cheap to shoot. The 32 rd Sten mags are a beast to load and left my thumbs with blisters and me in a desperate search to find a loading assist, as I could not even force 32 bullets in. But once I got my hands on a $10 Tapco Sten loading assist I can fill it up with all the skin on my frail digits. This gun shoots and ejects nicely and is pretty accurate for me. I loved the way it feels in my hand even though some friends said it felt bulky. I am anxious to find additional mags for it and maybe even **(keeps fingers crossed)** an ever so elusive holster for this big pistol. I hope this pistol will bring fun and entertainment to my range time for years to come. Thank you Classic for a very nice product.

The gun arrived fast shipping was on the ball, the gun is well built, welds are nice, good finish. The only down side was the magazine that came with the gun was rusted top to bottom, I called and sent emails no reply I cleaned up and refurbish the magazine myself. great gun I would recommend purchasing one, but I was disappointed in customer service.

As always shipping was fast and simple. I expected the firearm to be somewhat crude and cheaply finished. So many bad reviews regarding the MAC type on the net. Instead I was gladly surprised to find a nicely finished, well made product. I had several sten magazines from a previous project and it prompted me to make this purchase. They all fit and fired well with minor magazine catch filing. The firearm performed well on the range, and is a fun fire from the hip point and shoot gun. Velocity has a web sight which was prompt and courteous with accessory delivery. All in all, best pricefun gun! Not my first purchase from Classic, and do not expect
it to be my last, very satisfied!
