AMD Special Edition AK-47 Rifle by Riley Defense, Semi-Auto, 7.62x39

What a unique rifle this is. Having been in the industry for close to 30 years, and having handled and held literally thousands of AK's, I am pleased to give my 100 % blessing to this particular AMD rifle from Riley Defense. This rifle started out as a professionally de-milled Grade A original Hungarian FEG AMD-65 parts set. Then, the fine folks at Riley Defense took that kit and turned it into a truly amazing and unique rifle. Unlike many American made rifles this rifle started as a military spec rifle originally manufactured for full auto fire. The forged forward trunion's in these rifles are considered far superior to most non military rifles and as such add a toughness and longevity to the rifle that few others can offer. They incorporate beautiful laminated wood furniture and the bluing and rivet work is absolutely gorgeous. One of the most desirable aspects of this rifle is that it continues to incorporate the original short stroke gas system and piston of the original rifle which makes for a soft shooting yet extremely reliable action. For you Class III guys that also means that should you decide to go through the licensing process to legally own that this rifle already incorporates the short action required and could easily be converted to a legal SBR. Rifle readily accepts all high capacity AK-47 mags and drums. I don't care if you already have 10 AK rifles your collection will not be complete without one of these.
