Shadow Systems SS-1004: The Shadow Systems MR920 is a feature-packed pistol that comes with numerous upgrades right from the factory that would cost hundreds of dollars to incorporate into most standard pistols.  MR920 now features an improved dust cover with a recoil control ledge for better grip control. It uses an NPOA backstrap system that allows the user to adjust the angle of the grip to better match the shooter's aim with the three (3) included backstraps and an included backstrap tool.  This model also features a removable flared magwell, flat-faced trigger, and a threaded DLC spiral fluted barrel made from 416R stainless steel with a 1:10 twist.  The Shadow Systems frame is not just a rebranded frame and is designed from the ground up. An improved tooling technique allows for more texture around curves and areas not usually found on production pistols. The slide is machined from a single, solid piece of 17-4 PG stainless steel billet and is finished in corrosion-resistant Nitride with directional serrations for improved manipulation.  This model incorporates an optic cut in the slide that will accept a Trijicon RMR/Holosun pattern optic.  It also uses a modified Gen 3 user-adjustable recoil system centered around a high-quality chrome silicon spring.   A high-reliability enhanced LCI extractor uses proprietary geometry and material selection for improved longevity and reliable extraction.  Shadow systems includes two (2) 15 round Magpul magazines right from the factory all packed neatly into a nice soft-sided carry case.
