Speaker 1:Hey everybody, Ben with Classic Fireamrs here. Today, we're going to continue with closeout of our remaining M39 rifles. You know, when we started this M39 project about a year and a half ago, we were determined to give the earliest buyers the best selection on the rifles that they could get. So what we tried to do is sell all of the rifles from the best condition down to the worst condition. Our goal was to have the worst ones left at the very end, and that way, we could put them on sale and sell them out. But the people who came in first would be getting the best choice and the best quality of the rifles that we had. That worked out pretty much as we planned, and particularly to the customer's favor. However, early on in our run, our guys in the warehouse, they weren't looking at some of the rifles as closely as they should have. A few rifles got out of here with some small cracks in the stocks. We had advertised them as premium. A couple of people complained. We agreed with them. Those people were paying a premium price for a quality rifle and some of them had cracks in them. So we got very diligent and very stringent with our guys in the warehouse that if you find a crack in a stock, no matter how minor, you set that rifle aside. So what you're gonna see here today in Gaylord folks, is rifles of all different quality that they will probably have a small crack somewhere and/or a minor amount of rust. Now what ended up happening is we got so diligent in trying to catch every small crack, that I think here at the end, we've kind of done ourself a disservice. Some of these rifles are very very nice. And as you know, a rifle that's surplus, 80 years old or more, a small crack or a little bit of rust is just going to be indigenous to a surplus rifle. It just happens on surplus. I think people expect it. But either way, our loss is your gain. We're down to the end now. We're making a great price on these. My lovely life Sheri's running the camera today. Sheri, come on in and let's focus down inside this Gaylord. We're here at the warehouse by ourself, it's actually a Sunday afternoon. We're trying to get caught up a little bit so we can have a nice July 4th holiday away from here. But we got some really nice rifles here. What you're going to find, folks, is Sheri, just scan through that back and forth through the Gaylord there. What you are seeing here is the last of our VKT or Valmet manufacturer M39s. All of these rifles will have either a small crack in the stock somewhere or a a little bit of minor rust. Most of it will be surface rust somewhere on the rifle, and/or a combination of both. You may find a minor crack or some surface rust. Now, when I was talking either about doing ourself a disservice, I want to hold up a couple that I've seen just here. We combine the first two rows, after this, down in the Gaylord, all of these rows are gonna be separated. But I wanted you to see a really strong example of what some of these rifles may be like. Sheri, let's focus on this one, when I hold it up. This is ... it's got a little bit of dust on it. It's been on the top. This is a very top-tier rifle. She's scanning it slowly. You can go a little faster than, hon. But uh, really, nice. You can see the stock on this, beautiful color. I'm going to flip the receiver over so you can see the receiver good. It's got good bowing on it. I haven't found a crack on this stock whatsoever, but I am finding a minor amount of rust, very little amount of rust. As I told you, we got on our guys in the back pretty hard and told them, "If you see any type of crack or any amount of rust, set it aside." So let's show you the rust that we're finding here. Got a little rust on the bolt. My goodness, that's rubbing off on my finger. Got a little bit of it here on the receiver. But overall, I would call this at least a very good, maybe an excellent quality rifle. I'm seeing a few of those like that. Here's another one. Beautiful rifle. But the rust is a little heavier. So we would downgrade that because of the rust, and again, that's surface rust, and it's coming off on my fingers, as you can see. But we would downgrade this to probably a mid-grade. Let's show a couple more. This one here has a beautiful tiger stripe stock. Just a gorgeous rifle. But we have some rust on top of the receiver. Have some rust on top of the rear sight. I see a barrel band that's hanging open here. That could be fixed. But it was a set-aside because of the rust, as I said before, folks. If I see one that's really low-grade, and I don't, honestly, this one has a little more rust. Little more bowing wear. So that would be one of our lower-grade, I would call that a standard. Anyhow, Sheri come back to me and we'll close this out. Folks, here's what we going to do. We're not certain exactly how many of each grade are in this Gaylord. We've instructed our guys. We've given them, told them basically to split these into thirds. The lowest grade they find, we're going to call the standard grade. The middle grade, we're going to call mid-grade. The highest grade rifle, like that first one that I showed to you, we're going to call those the very-good grade. Our standard grade rifles on these are gonna start at $275. So that's only $275 for a pretty nice VKT. All of them will function. All of them will fire. There should be no functional problems whatsoever with these rifles, but do expect to find a small crack and/or some rust, heavier on the standard grade. Less on the good and even less on the very good. Anyway. The standard grade is $275, the mid-grade is $300, and the very good grade, the top tiers, are $325. Now, since we don't know how many we're gonna find, we're gonna pre-post 20 or 30 to each quantity every day. If you see a quantity sell out that day, come back and look the next day, because we'll go through the next couple of layers until this Gaylord is gone. Either way, great prices. Nice VKT rifles. Little bit of elbow grease will clean them up. Starting at only $275. Folks, we appreciate your business. God bless. And thank you for being with us here at Classic Firearms.
