PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Kershaw 1620X Scallion is a compact knife with a 2 1/4-inch blade, making it an excellent choice for pocket carry. Despite its small size, the Scallion is extremely powerful and capable of performing any cutting activity, from breaking down cardboard boxes, slicing twine, to prepping apple slices for lunch. The Scallion's SpeedSafe assisted opening ensures immediate readiness, activating at the pull of the flipper and allowing the blade to slide out from the handle swiftly and effortlessly.

The blade is made of high-carbon steel providing impressive edge retention and superior resistance to corrosion. Its easy-to-care-for, bead-blasted finish adds to its practicality. Designed with safety in mind, the Scallion features two locking systems: a locking liner to prevent accidental closure during operation, and a Tip-Lock slider to keep the blade safely closed when folded for carrying.

The Scallion exhibits a classic black textured handle, manufactured with glass-filled nylon scales for a solid grip. This knife is not only durable and lightweight but also easy to maintain.
