Hey everybody, I'm Clint with Classic Firearms and it's actually come to my attention that we've actually got quite a few new subscribers, followers on our social media and like I said, subscribers here on YouTube. First off, welcome and thank you. I've been asked to introduce myself and give a little bit of background by me and then talk about my current, because it is ever-changing, top five favorite guns. Without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and introduce myself. Hey, everybody, I'm Clinton Morgan. Been with Classic Firearms for a few years now. I came on to Classic Firearms initially as our warehouse manager here. Since then, we've actually grown and moved warehouses, believe it or not, to an all new facility. After a year of being the warehouse manager, I was asked if I would like to shoot guns all day and be on video full-time. I said, "Yes, absolutely." Since then, I want to say that I have probably shot literally hundreds of different types of firearms ever since growing up and my time in the Marine Corps as well, which I'm still in as the reserves, as you can see here, sorry First Sergeant. Anyway, I've been in the reserves of the United States Marine Corps for going on over 10 years now. Prior to that, payroll consulting and even a 911 call taker and police dispatcher for a local small town, and a lifeguard and all sorts of fun stuff from back when I was growing up.

Barrett M82

Anyway, so what brought me here today is, I guess, God's blessing and because I get to play with guns and shoot on video all the time, and talk with you guys. All right. Without any more hesitations, or further complications, or any more information about me, let's talk about me and my top five favorite firearms as of right now. Number one is sitting on the table. This is the Barrett 50 cal M82 semi-auto, magazine fed .50 BMG rifle that I absolutely love. Thankfully, I've had the opportunity to shoot quite a few of these and also it's big brother, the M107, which is pretty much the same gun, except the M107 is designed a little bit differently. It's, therefore, designed to shoot suppressed. The M82 is not, all right? The different tunings and tensions that the barrel and the receiver have on the M107 is made to be suppressed. Why do I have the M82 here instead of the M107? I haven't been able to shoot the M107 suppressed yet, so I'm going to go with what I know the best and that's the M82 and the 29 inch barrel, because why the heck not go with the big boy? Am I right? Anyway, number one .50 BMG Barrett M82. Let's talk about my number two.

The Barrett M82A1

MP5

Number two is actually our current giveaway and it's not specifically the Zenith Z-5 that you see, but the MP5 in general. I absolutely love that platform and the roller-delayed action on this guy and, of course, the beautiful HK slap. Am I right? Anyway, this one, specifically like I said, is our current giveaway and we are giving it away with some Guard Dog Body Armor Level IV ceramic plates. I did have an opportunity to... Well, I've had a couple of opportunities now, to actually shoot at the Level IV ceramic standalone plates by Guard Dog. You might want to go check that video out. Link should be down in the description there to see this stuff in action. It takes a beating and keeps on going. Anyway, so yeah, we're giving away two of those Level IV plates, the Sheppard Guard Gog body armor plate carrier, the Level 3A which will stop most pistol calibers. It is a ballistic rated helmet, Level IIIA helmet as well by Guard Dog and the Trijicon MRO and 3X magnifier, Midwest Industries M-LOK rail adding a little bit of modernity, I guess if that's what you want to call it, to this classic firearm. See what I did there? Also the SB Tactical PDW brace. Probably the most fun part about the giveaway is the Franklin Armory binary trigger, so it does have a third position. Right now it's in safe, semi, and then binary. What that means is it'll go bang whenever you pull the trigger and release the trigger, and it offers for a lot of range time fun. Anyway, the overall platform is just amazing and it's been around for a long time. It's been in service for a long time, and it's still in service. It's seen, I guess you could say, just work all over the world. Who has seen that awesome photo of the SAS operators and Margaret Thatcher after the Iranian Embassy raid, and they have the Mag lights on top of their MP5s? Pretty cool stuff, right? Anyway, yeah, so HK and the MP5 is awesome, but this one here is made off of HK tooling and machinery by Zenith. Don't know if we'll see too many of these anymore, but check our video announcing this as our giveaway so you can get a little bit more information about that and, of course, get your entries into ClassicFirearms.com. I'll talk more about that later.

Zenith Z-5RS

FNX-45

Let's go ahead and talk about my number three top favorite. When it comes to handguns or pistols, I think my FNX-45 is definitely on the top as far as some of my favorite. Sure, I've got a Beretta M9, Colt 1911s, things like that, but when it comes to just fricking awesomeness, my FNX-45 tactical is where it's at. Why? Because it already comes with some of my favorite features, an optics mount, suppressor height Trijicon night sights, threaded barrel, 15-round magazines. It's chambered in .45 ACP, that's pretty sweet. Adjustable backstrap for the frame and grip, and a large trigger guard because I do like to shoot gloves every now and then. Man, it is just awesome to transition to while shooting. I've got a couple of drills with it and my MK18, which you'll see shortly. Just, man, it is so much fun to run this guy. Whether I have a lighter laser on the bottom also where the Picatinny is, is great for a bedside gun, especially for the size. It is a big boy, but it's lightweight when empty, which is pretty interesting. The moment you actually have 15 rounds of .45 loaded in the mag, and then one in the chamber giving you a total of 16-round capacity, this thing feels really well balanced. I'm pretty accurate with it, I got to say. I'm more accurate with it than I am my Glock 19, believe it or not. Anyway, .45 ACP, the FNX 45 tactical with the Trijicon RMO6 that I have right here, I absolutely love. Be sure to check out all of our Trijicon products, by the way. Like I said, we've got one on the MP5 here, or the Z5, the MRO, and also the RMO6. If you're looking for a pistol, red dot or once something a little bit more low profile for your pistol-caliber carbine rifle, whatever it might be, be sure to check them out on our website again at ClassicFirearms.com.

M1 Carbine

Now, I'm not all about some high-speed, low-drag, modern firearms. I do love my surplus guns and one of them would be the M1 carbine. I grew up with an Underwood M1 carbine, which I still have in my possession today in my safe. Right here, what we have is actually one of our refinished M1 carbines that I think looks beautiful, but I absolutely love this rifle, partly due to the sentimental reasons behind it, right? The first rifle I ever shot was the 30 carbine M1 that you see right here, or something I should say, very similar to it. Wasn't this identical one. It's the one that's in my safe at home but, anyway, this guy is just so much fun. It's a light recoiling gun effective within about 200, 300 yards or so. It's easy to shoot, easy to maintain, love the action on it. Overall, just a great firearm. In fact, it's been voted probably the number one firearm to use in the zombie apocalypse, so if you're looking forward to that, make sure you're stocking up on some .30 carbine and your M1s. Now, there are also different variants of the out there. For instance, the full auto model, the M2 like this one, has a little bit of that pregnant guppy stock there. This might be a in-between model from what I can remember correctly. Anyway, like the M2 had a little bit thicker stock, so it could handle that full auto recoil and everything that was happening with that firearm, the M1s typically were a little bit skinnier, or at least the earlier stocks were. Overall, this is just a beautiful rifle. I'm a huge fan of them. Like I said, grew up with one and outside plinking with my dad were some of my best memories, especially since it was the first rifle I ever shot and I still have it today. That's a big deal for me.

Daniel Defense MK18 SBR

Anyway, now we've talked about this guy being my go-to when I was a kid. What's my go-to today? We're going to talk about it right now. If you've actually been a subscriber to the channel for just about any length of time, you already know what rifle I'm going to bring out next. It is pretty much my all-time favorite. It's the Daniel Defense MK18 SBR. This is a registered SBR, short-barrelled rifle. This is what they call a two-stamped gun because, yeah, I've got a silencer on this guy here by SureFire. This is the SOCOM 556 RC2, which I am absolutely in love with. Again, if you've been following the channel for a while, you might notice I've got a new piece of machinery sitting on top of it here. This is a Steiner DBAL. This is a illuminator, IR illuminator, IR laser, and also a visible green laser. We should have some pretty cool videos coming out with this guy soon. Stay tuned. All right. Yes, I absolutely love shooting this guy. I also have a new flashlight on it that I don't have the tail cap for just yet, so I'm waiting for that to come in so I can actually hook it up. Yeah, SureFire M600, which I have the Scout Light, which I am liking a lot too. Again, just shooting this guy suppressed is so much fun. All right, so there's your little shorty right there. It runs great. EOTech and magnifier on it. This is the XPS3 holographic sight. Again, check out our website for all of your EOTech wants and needs. Actually, everything you see on this gun actually came from our website, that being the SureFire you see right here, the Steiner, we've got the B5 Systems grip on it, the EOTech Radian Raptor charging handle, Geissele trigger, SureFeed magazines, which I am absolutely in love with. All sorts of good stuff to get your day going. We got vertical grips, muzzle devices, everything you need. Anyway, yeah, I love this guy. Now, it's not the most ideal firearm to shoot suppressed. That short barrel and it is a gassy gun, but the SOCOM 556 definitely helps out by, I guess you could say mitigating as much blow back as possible. Anyway, it is a awesome firearm. I love shooting it, and after touring Daniel Defense and seeing just how much pride those guys take in their work and all of their contracts that they have for military and law enforcement, I got to say, it just makes me even more proud to own one of these guys. They do make it in a pistol configuration if you don't want to go full SBR with it, like what I've got here, so check out the pistol options as well.
