ACI TiN-BCG: This BCG has a Gold Polished Titanium Nitride Hard Coat that assists in lubricity and combats friction, this lengthens the life of your bolt carrier group. The bolt is precision machined from 9310 alloy and then carburized/case hardened & shot-peened (PVD Coated) to increase its hardness and incorporates a Viton O ring upgraded extractor. The carrier is machined from 8620 alloy and receives the same beautiful high polish treatment. This BCG is 100% made in the U.S.A. and is rated for full auto.
