The Buffalo Bore Ammunition 3E/20 is an innovative design from Buffalo Bore that includes two standard pressure 45 Colt loads. One of these features a powerful 255gr. Gas checked soft cast bullet that can achieve an impressive speed of around 1,000 fps. The other load features a 200gr. Jacketed Hollow Point bullet capable of reaching speeds of approximately 1,100fps. These loads were purposefully developed to offer a substantial power increase over most common loads while still being safe to fire in any 45 Colt firearm.

Both 45 Colt loads have been designed to offer heavy loading, while still maintaining standard (SAAMI) pressure. As a result, these 45 Colt loads are safe and recommended for use in any post-war 45 Colt firearm that is in good working condition.
