The Derya DY9Z is a striker-fired 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol with a 3.5-inch barrel, featuring a flat dark earth polymer frame and black slide in a compact format suitable for everyday carry use. It uses a polymer grip with interchangeable backstraps to better fit different hand sizes and a metal-bodied double-stack magazine with 10- or 15-round capacity, depending on configuration. The slide and barrel feature a black Melonite-style finish, and the pistol comes equipped with a white-dot front sight, white U-notch rear sight, and an optics-ready slide with a direct RMSc-footprint cut, as well as internal safeties including a firing pin block and an anti-drop trigger block.
