Introducing the new Fostech Guardian Tech AR-15 Rifle with Echo Trigger. This rifle is one of the lightest and most high-quality AR-15 rifles available anywhere in the marketplace. Coming in at only 5.6 pounds, it is built to carry all day and is still tough as nails. The rifle features a full profile 1 in 7 twist barrel, a black nitride bolt carrier group and the newly designed 16" Mach 1 Guardian lightweight M Lok rail which allows the rifle to keep an ultra trim profile while also making it a workhorse capable of long days on the range. These rifles are designed to hold up under even the heaviest combat conditions while still being a literal work of art. This model features a Fostech Tech 15 forged and anodized upper and lower receiver set and is completed with an ergonomic Fostech Sabre pistol grip, an MFT Minimalist 6 position stock, and the hugely popular Fostech Strake muzzle brake. Each rifle ships complete with a set of Flip-Up Sights ( the ones we looked at had Kriss sights which are very nice ), but sights may vary based on availability. The rifle is finished in an attractive black anodized color and features the newly designed FosTech Mach-1 Guardian M-Lok rail! Other features include a 16" standard profile barrel, a Fostech black nitride bolt carrier group, and tons of other unique and proprietary features. The rifle also features an MFT Minimalist Stock, a Sabre Grip and of course, the piece de resistance, a factory pre-installed FosTech Echo Trigger.
About the Echo II Trigger - The Echo II Trigger allows the shooter to select from 3 different settings: Safe Mode: Firearm will not fire. Semi-Auto Mode: Firearm fires when the trigger is pulled. Echo Mode: Firearm fires when the trigger is pulled and also when the trigger is released. The Echo Trigger is designed with safety being the utmost priority. When the shooter is in the Echo Mode and depresses the trigger one round is fired- if the target moves, the shooter can move the selector to the safe position and a second-round will not fire upon release. The echo trigger has several distinct features: The trigger provides a light, clean, and crisp pull in Semi-Automatic Mode just like a conventional trigger as well as a normal re-set.
