The Kel-Tec PMR 30 is a full-sized, single action, semi-automatic pistol with a polymer frame. Boasting a 4.3" barrel, it utilises a .22 WMR caliber and features a sophisticated matte finish in a tan colour. The pistol is equipped with fiber optic sights and comes with 10 rounds and one magazine.
Unique to this model is a hybrid blow back/locked-breech system offering compatibility to a plethora of ammunition types, self-adjusting based on the cartridge pressure. Incorporated is a flush fit double stack Zytel nylon magazine complete with round count ports.
Sound engineering has endowed the PMR30 with an exceptionally crisp single-action trigger featuring an over travel stop. Its safety mechanisms include a thumb-activated ambidextrous safety lever, and a slide that locks back after the last shot, in addition to a manual slide lock lever.
This model comes with dual opposing extractors for optimal reliability. Functionality further enhanced includes a heel magazine release contributing to improved magazine retention, and a Picatinny accessory rail located beneath the barrel. Additionally, the PMR30 is fitted with a urethane recoil buffer and captive coaxial recoil springs.
Cleaning the PMR30 can be easily done owing to its simple disassembly process, involving the removal of a single pin.
