This Marlin 1895 Trapper has the tried and true configuration of the famous 45-70 Government rifle with a touch of cowboy flair. The rifle includes a stainless steel barreled action, Skinner sights, 16.5” matte finish barrel, and a Wild West Guns-style big loop lever for easy cycling. The stock is laminate wood with a water-resistant spackled/textured black painted finish. The laminate is slightly heavier than a solid wood stock which assists with recoil.
