Polish RGA-86 is a 15 shot rotary flare launcher. Due to it's rotary design these were only importable into this country because of their civilian intended use as a signal launcher. The Polish quality in this makes it far better built than any rotary unit ever made. This never before seen 26.5 mm (4 gauge) 15 shot rotary launcher requires NO licenses as the BATF Tech Branch has reviewed and designated this a non weapon and not a firearm as long as it is used as intended. This unit is intended as a life-saving signaling device, for flares and smoke rounds only! Don't hesitate to own something truly unique! Does NOT come with any flares!
We just received something that is truly a collector piece, very limited production, and no licenses required whatsoever. This is the RGA-86 Rotary Flare Launcher- Cal. 26.5mm. These are in excellent condition and only a very limited quantity (250 Units) were ever imported into theU.S. The Polish RGA-86 15 shot rotary launcher/revolver has a Street Sweeper rotary shotgun design with the cylinder revolving after each round is fired, upon the release of the trigger. The BATF Tech Branch has reviewed and designated this as a non weapon and not a firearm. The quality on this unit is far better than any rotary launcher ever produced. This never before seen 26.5mm (4 gauge) 15 shot rotary launcher is completely unregulated as it is strictly intended as a life-saving signing device, intended only for flares and smoke rounds and of course enjoyment. Please Note - This launcher is not designed for or legal to use with any projectiles, shells or cartridges other than 26.5mm signal flares and smokes.
These are used but in excellent condition, not factory new, although some sure look it. Ships in it's original isssue wood crate. They do NOT come with flares.
The RGA-86 is a Polish 26 mm revolver shotgun, developed (along with proprietary ammunition) between 1983 and 1986 at the Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna state research institute by a team consisting of: S. Ciepielski, M. Czaladzki, S. Derecki, H. Gowicki, W. Koperski, J. Pawowski and R. Wójcik. They were produced from 1983-1986.
