This flare launcher requires NO licenses as the BATFE Tech Branch has reviewed and designated this a nonweapon and not a firearm as long as it is used as intended. These exhibit all-steel construction and are far more durable than the modern plastic models found in outdoor stores. These are in NRA surplus good condition . This particular model is chambered in 26.5mm (4 gauge) and also features 6" barrel.
