RUGER® USMC Red PRECISION® RIFLE
This rifle features a USMC Red Cerakote finish on its optics rail handguard, lower receiver/magwell, and cheekpiece. It comes equipped with a 20 MOA Picatinny rail on the receiver and a 15-inch handguard.
The weapon's medium-contour barrel measures .75 inches at the muzzle. It also boasts a Ruger® Precision® Rifle Hybrid Muzzle Brake. The purchase includes two 10-round Magpul® PMAG® magazines.
The patented multi-magazine interface of this firearm accepts Aics M110/SR-25/DPMS/Magpul-style and some M14 magazines. The rifle's overall length is between 43.25 and 46.75 inches (or 35.6 inches when folded).
PRECISION® RIFLE SHARED FEATURES
Some of the characteristic features of this Precision® Rifle include a bolt-action with In-line Recoil Management, three-lug bolt with 70° throw, dual cocking cams, and a full diameter nitrided bolt body. It comes with an oversized bolt handle, and a bolt disassembly tool/trigger wrench stored in the bolt shroud.
The weapon is made of pre-hardened 4140 chrome-moly steel "upper" receiver and a one-piece bolt. The type III hard coat anodized 7075-T6 aluminum lower receiver/magwell also provides a free-float handguard with M-LOK® accessory slots on all four sides.
This rifle also includes an externally adjustable Ruger Marksman Adjustable™ trigger. The front of the magwell is contoured for a positive grip when bracing against shooting supports. The cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel comes with 5rd rifling.
Further features include a left-folding fully-adjustable Precision MSR stock with a cheekpiece, a bottom Picatinny rail, QD sling points, and a soft rubber buttpad. An AR-style buffer tube, extended trigger-reach AR-style grip, and a 45° Ambidextrous Safety Selector complete the gun's setup.
