The Ruger 6945: This model is part of Ruger's American Predator series and features a one-piece, three-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw. This design ensures enough scope clearance while providing smooth and easy cycling from the shoulder owing to its full diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams.
The patent-pending Power Bedding is a unique feature of this rifle. As an integral bedding block system, it perfectly locates the receiver, and free-floats the barrel, which contributes to superior accuracy.
The receiver is equipped with a factory-installed one-piece aluminum scope rail, a tang safety and the Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger system. The latter feature ensures a crisp trigger release. The heavy tapered, threaded barrel is cold hammer-forged, meaning the rifling is ultra-precise.
The model's lightweight synthetic stock is ergonomically designed for quick and easy handling. It seamlessly combines a traditional aesthetic with modern forend contouring and grip serrations.
The American Predator model also boasts minute-of-angle accuracy, a reliable and flush-fitting rotary magazine, and sling swivel studs. This particular model is chambered in 22-250 Remington.
