Tisas firearms are now proudly offering this 1911A1 Service Model 9mm Pistol, and it is one heck of an excellent firearm. Made in Turkey, the Tisas 1911A1 Service model is a reproduction of the original US Military service pistol with some modern upgrades. This particular model features a black Parkerized finish. However, everything else, including the hammer-forged barrel and original weight, this pistol replicates the original Military issue Government model at a fraction of the price. The pistol features all-steel construction on the frame and slide with a 5" hammer-forged barrel. It also features a cock and lock and grip safety, just like the original. Comes complete with 1-7 round mag, cleaning brush, and manual in factory box.

Tisas in Turkey produced this phenomenal handgun to exactly replicate the original Auto-Ordnance Thompson 1911 A1 U.S. military sidearm. It has the same size, dimensions, weight, and feel of the original pistol. Also, unlike some cheap knock-offs, the frame and slide are all-steel construction. It incorporates a hammer-forged barrel, a modern black Parkerized finish, and black checkered plastic grips. The pistol also features both a cock and lock safety and grip safety in keeping with the 1911A1 tradition. Many purists will tell you that when it comes to handguns, nothing quite captures the shooting experience of firing a true 1911A1. We have evaluated this pistol extensively, and the fit, finish function, and performance are all of very high quality. It is a tremendous amount of gun at a very affordable price.
