This Shadow Systems MR920 War Poet is a striker-fired semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm, built on the MR920 platform with collaboration from John Lovell of the Warrior Poet Society. The compact design features a 4-inch barrel with Black Nitride finish and holds 10 rounds in the magazine plus one in the chamber, making it suitable for concealed carry and range work. The pistol comes with a Holosun 507C red dot sight mounted to a multi-footprint optic cut, allowing direct installation without an adapter plate. The slide is machined from stainless steel with aggressive front, rear, and topside serrations and a weight-balancing window cut. Standard sights are a white dot front and black rear. The trigger is a flat-face polymer design, and the pistol ships with two 10-round magazines and three interchangeable backstraps. At approximately 21.5 ounces and 7.13 inches overall, it balances firepower with minimal bulk.
