The American Tech Network NVGOPVS7W0, also known as PVS7, is a versatile and highly configurable night vision system. You can utilize the PVS7 as a handheld device or as hands free goggles. High-performance Gen 2 and US made Gen 3 image intensifier tubes can be fitted into the device. The PVS7 can be further customized with the addition of optional long-range Mil-Spec Afocal Lens or other compatible objective lenses. Using these lenses, you can transform your PVS7 goggles into a robust night vision viewer with magnification of 3x or 5x, depending on your lens choice.
These goggles are built to last, crafted from top-quality military grade materials. They are waterproof, rugged and reliable, suited for usage under various conditions, including wet or dirty environments. Moreover, the PVS7 allows you to tap into night vision abilities at any time, even under pitch black conditions.
The PVS7 is also equipped with a built-in infrared illuminator, which generates "invisible" light, to enable vision in total darkness. It features Automatic Brightness Control, which adjusts image brightness according to changing light conditions to maintain clear image definition. A bright light cut-off feature also protects the image tube from intense light sources. Additional features include a flip-up shut-off, which can be used with an optional helmet mount system, and IR on and low battery indicators. Included with the PVS7 goggles are an instruction manual, lens tissue, a soft carrying case, head mount assembly 2, a demist shield, a neck cord, a sacrificial filter, and two AA batteries.
