This Firearm Will Go Live on The Site for Sale at Noon E.S.T. on Monday Dec 8, 2025. Yes, I know this is not surplus, but I have a few commercial offerings that I have had for a long time sprinkled in here as well. I remember buying this from an individual at a gun show in the mid 90's. In fact, if I remember correctly, he used it as a partial trade in for an expensive rifle. I kept it because I loved the look, fit, and feel of the gun in my hand. Still do. After shooting it a few times this pistol stayed in my top desk drawer in my office for years. It is a full frame heavyweight of a gun so if you have small hands, you definitely don't want it. The all-steel construction makes it feel solid as a rock and the well balanced weight helps tremendously with recoil. This is one of the most accurate pistols I have ever fired. I also like the 3 dot sights and the way they are ergonomically situated on the slide. The slide is smooth, and it has an amazing trigger pull in both single and double action. The design uses internal slide rails, instead of more usual external rails. The safety lever has three positions: up for "fire" mode, where the red dot is shown; middle for "safe" mode, this withdraws and locks the firing pin; and down for safe decocking, after which the safety lever springs back to the "safe" position. It features a heavy barrel that is flared on the end to provide even less clearance with the slide and a tighter lock up. It is in very good to excellent cosmetic condition and the bore is like new. Mirror bright with sharp lands and grooves. Externally you will see some minor holster wear and black oxide will always show a few scratches but overall, it is very nice. I do not have a box or manual for this gun, but I have attached a couple of links for some articles where you can learn more. Here and HereThe back story. Over the last 30 plus years in the gun business I have acquired some really nice surplus firearms. These guns came from Gun Shows, private collections, and private individuals that I have met along the way, as well as, on occasion, what I would deem as the best of a particular lot when it came in here to Classic. Well, all good things must end and at this point in my life it is time to downsize a little and that includes letting go of some of these "Gun Safe Queens" that I have typically only pulled out to clean ever so often. Now don't get me wrong, there was a time when I would not have even considered giving up one of these firearms as they have been very special to me. However, my daughters show no interest in inheriting them, and at this point in my life I've decided that I would rather see them in the hands of folks that would relish them, than to have them to continue sit in a dark safe here at Classic. Each gun from my private collection is unique and they will sell individually by serial #, so when that gun is gone, it is gone and irreplaceable. At least from me. If you no longer see this pistol in inventory, you will know that it has sold.
