PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Griffin Armament GATMHC556's Taper Mount Hammer Comp is designed with 2 sacrificial baffles aimed at decreasing recoil and maximizing the lifespan of your suppressor. Its slotted compensating properties deliver optimized muzzle stability. Precision-engineered from a solid bar of heat-treated 17-4ph stainless steel via CNC machining, you can trust the Taper Mount Hammer Comp's durability. The muzzle device measures 1.89" from the countersunk thread shoulder to the front face, matching the length of an A2 flash suppressor with a .14" thick crush washer. This enables it to be used with the so-called "14.7" barrels, which are marketed as capable of being permanently adjusted to a 16.1" non NFA length using an A2 and crush washer.
