The Auto-Ordnance Thompson TAO50FDE is a bolt action rifle chambered in .50 BMG, built for long-range precision and rugged reliability. It features a 29-inch precision-rifled barrel with a 1:15 twist and is finished in Flat Dark Earth anodizing. Designed for both performance and durability, the TAO50FDE includes a Magpul PRS Gen 3 precision adjustable stock, MOE+ grip, a Timney AR-style trigger, and bilateral (ambidextrous) safety lever. The rifle is equipped with a high-efficiency, patent-pending muzzle brake and comes with an Accu-Tac bipod for improved stability. It uses a 10-round Barrett M107A1 magazine and incorporates accessory and optics rails, as well as the classic Thompson bullet logo on the lower receiver and muzzle brake. A custom wheeled hard case is included for transport and protection.
This rifle is purpose-built for extreme long-range shooting and demanding conditions, providing shooters with advanced features and robust construction. The TAO50FDE blends the heritage of Thompson design with modern engineering for reliability and performance.
