AR/M16 Mil-Spec Bolt Carrier Group Assembly .223/5.56 - Black Nitride - Made in U.S.A. - A high quality and very affordable drop in bolt carrier group for all .223 / 5.56 or .300 Black Out rifles. These BCG's are used successfully in commercial and military builds around the world. We don't list the manufacturer on these because the company only acts as a vendor for Commercial Builders and Military Contractors, but we can tell you that these BCG's are utilized in some of the finest most well recognized commercial and military firearms in the world. Unlike less expensive Phosphate finished BCG's these have a Black Nitride finish. Parts finished with the Nitride process have increased wear-resistance, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, lubricity and cosmetic appeal. These BCG's run smooth and have a great look and feel. Builders love them.

This BCG Is Nitride coated and is manufactured as a full auto bolt carrier.  All full auto bolt carriers will operate as a semi-auto bolt carrier in a semi-automatic rifle. The full auto design is vastly more popular even in semi-auto firearms due to the smoothness of the cycling operation and the ruggedness of construction. Basically it works better and last longer. Does not change the designation of the rifle.  

Exceptions - Even though Auto Sears are not used in modern AR-15 rifles, these BCG's may not function properly in Pre-Ban AR-15 rifles, based on the early M16 rifles, but containing an Auto Sear Block.
