This fine .40 S&W caliber carbine rifle by Hi Point firearms has earned a tremendous reputation over the last several years. It is used extensively by recreational shooters, as well as hog hunters and police departments across the country. They are accurate, reliable and affordable. The Hi-Point 4095 (TS ) Model features an all-weather black polymer skeletonized stock sling, sling swivels and scope base. Internal recoil buffer is built into the stock. Rifle features multiple picatinny rails and fully adjustable sights (Ghost Ring rear peep and post front). Quick on/off thumb safety. Mag release is grip mounted. 100% American made parts and assembly. Free trigger lock. Last round lock open. Carbines are +P rated to accept all factory ammunition.
