Presenting the Magpul MAG653-BLK, an updated version of the esteemed Magpul MOE SL carbine stock designed with storage functionality. This MOE SL-S (Storage) Stock serves as a direct substitute buttstock for AR15/M4 carbines. With its refined profile, dual-side release latches, and waterproof battery tubes, it stands as the thinnest storage tube stock out there.
The SL-S not only provides an improved cheek weld and a genuine, O-ring sealed, 10m waterproof storage area sought by many, it also balances these features in the smallest package conceivable. This design ensures a more vertical head position and reduces bulkiness. Included in the design is a rolled toe and an angled rubber butt-pad which are particularly designed for use with body armor. It also contains an ambidextrous QD sling swivel socket.
Its unique leaf-spring tension system guarantees a sturdy attachment to mil-spec receiver extensions, with slightly less friction than the original SL. In essence, the MOE SL-S stands out as the most intuitive, comfortable, and efficient storage stock available on the market.
