Its fully tapered copper-alloy jacket is meticulously constructed to instantly rupture right at the thin mouth, which is strategically complemented by a gradual thickening along the bullet's axis for controlled expansion and uniform curling of the jacket both at high and low velocities.
Nosler has thoughtfully integrated a partition to reinforce the expanded mushroom while preserving the rear lead alloy core. This sophisticated design allows the enclosed rear core to maintain more than half of the initial bullet weight, guaranteeing deep penetration.
