The 57173 model from Savage Arms offers the custom fit that serious hunters need for consistent accuracy. This rifle features Savage's proprietary AccuFit synthetic stock. This includes five comb riser sizes that allow for a precision cheek-to-stock weld. Additionally, users can adjust their unique length-of-pull using the four composite inserts provided. The AccuStock is also a noteworthy feature comprising of a sturdy rail system integrated fully into the rifle's stock, from the foreend onwards. This system interacts three dimensionally with the action along its complete length.
The 110 Hunter comes with the AccuTrigger, giving users flexible adjustment capabilities for an ideal shooting experience. It boasts a carbon steel barrel that incorporates button rifling to improve bullet stability. The user's comfort during operation is taken into consideration with the soft grip fore-end and pistol grip. Other notable features include the drilled and tapped receiver for mounting sights or scopes, and a detachable box magazine for easy reloading.
