Sig Sauer P320 Pistol Full Size .40 S&W - W / Night Sights - These are police model pistols that were sent to a department but never issued so they are New pistols. The department backed out of the contract before issuing the pistols ( so the cases were never even opened ) and the pistols were forwarded to a Sig distributor. Because they were sent to a department first they must be sold as "used" even though they were never used.... In fact there is a sticker on the pistols calling them Used - Unissued. This situation is all up side for the consumer. The pistols are actually in new condition but due to the circumstances they can be sold outside of Sig's MAP pricing policy which gives you a great deal. Plus they were the Law Enforcement models that come with the 3 mags... and they still carry a full Sig warranty. Pistols come with 3- 13 round magazines, nitron finish, Siglite night sights, manual, warranty cards, etc in a hard shell case from Sig Sauuer. The P320 is a modular, polymer-framed service pistol designed from the ground up with the input of law enforcement officers. Featuring a serialized, stainless steel frame with a polymer grip module and a removable fire control assembly pioneered by Sig Sauer, the P320 is customizable to any hand size or duty requirement using interchangeable components (sold separately). The P320 does not require the operator to pull the trigger nor use a special tool to disassemble the firearm for cleaning or routine maintenance. With a partially pretensioned striker, it has a crisp trigger pull with a quick, pronounced reset. The P320 has no external safety or decocking lever to snag or hang up on the draw. It has an ambidextrous slide catch lever and a reversible magazine release for full ambidextrous operation. The P320 Full Size comes with the medium size grip module with a Mil-Standard M1913 Picatinny rail.
