PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Leupold 178847 is part of the renowned Leupold Integral Mounting Systems (IMS) family. This collection is designed to tackle the two most common challenges encountered when fixing standard riflescopes to AR-style rifles; these are scope height and eye relief. Each Leupold 178847 is fabricated from durable aluminum in a cantilever design.

This unique construction allows it to mount directly onto the firearm's MIL-spec 1913/Picatinny system, lifting the scope and advancing it forward. As a result, there's no need for added risers or the use of specific optics with reduced eye relief. Like all Leupold IMS products, the Leupold 178847 has been tested rigorously to withstand any field conditions and is supported by the Leupold Lifetime Guarantee.
