The Luth-AR BL-11-7 is an 11.5-inch lightweight 5.56 mm barrel designed for AR-15 pattern rifles. Made from 4150 chrome moly steel, it uses a button-broached rifling process and features a black phosphate (mag phosphate) finish. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 at the muzzle, has a 1:7 right-hand twist with six lands and grooves, and uses an M4 feed ramp configuration. It is designed with a .750-inch gas block journal and a carbine-length gas system for compatibility with common AR-15 builds.
