The Browning 011742204, also known as the Maxus II, is an advanced take on the revered original Maxus. This updated model carries forward the same proven design and performance elements that defined the original Maxus, but introduces a series of new enhancements that are sure to give shooting enthusiasts an edge in the field or in competition.
At the heart of the Maxus II is Power Drive, a highly efficient gas operation system. This system excels at reducing recoil, ensuring dependable performance with a variety of factory ammunition.
The Maxus II also boasts an array of user-friendly improvements that contribute to its sleek, revised design. Among its features are a more adjustable stock, screw-on magazine cap, enhanced grip and trigger guard, along with improved shooting comfort.
To further mitigate recoil, the Maxus II is equipped with an Inflex Technology recoil pad and SoftFlex cheek pad. Browning has also incorporated a Reactar G3 shoulder pad to enhance shooting comfort.
In addition, the Maxus II showcases a Lightning trigger, nickel Teflon coating, chrome chamber and bore, TurnKey Magazine Plug, and back-bored technology. All of these features contribute to a high-performance shooting tool that is both reliable and user-friendly.
