Introducing MDT 104760-BLK: Our specially designed magazines boast a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition offering a reduced overall height compared to the traditional industry-standard models.

DETAILS: Our MDT AICS-pattern metal magazines are meticulously manufactured from high-strength steel, nitrided, and covered inside and out with Cerakote Elite. This detailed procedure ensures ultimate durability, resistance to corrosion, and reduction in friction.

SPECIFICATIONS: The 10-Round models have an outside length of 3.055, a rear height of 3.90" (identical to our MDT 10-rd .308 metal magazines), a max cartridge overall length (COAL) of 2.50, and Polymer feedlip inserts that exceed the end of the metal feedlip backer by approximately 0.5", retaining the round for longer. This design ensures that the round tip enters the chamber before the rear of the round is free.

Our MDT 10-round magazines are typically shorter in height than conventional Aics 10-round magazines, courtesy of MDT's unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design, simplifying magazine changes when shooting in a prone position. The 10-round magazine incorporates two internal ribs that diminish friction between the cartridge and magazine body, enabling a smooth transition from a double stack to single feed at the top part of the magazine.

COMPATIBILITY: Suitable for use with 223 Rem and 5.56 NATO rounds.
