PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This Rosco Manufacturing bolt carrier group is designed for AR-15 pattern rifles chambered in .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, or .300 Blackout and features a black Melonite (nitride) finish. It uses an M16-spec, full-auto rated carrier and is built with materials and treatments selected for durability, smooth function, and extended service life.

  • Compatible with 223 Rem, 5.56 NATO, 300 Blackout
  • Melonite finished 8620 carrier with 9310 steel bolt
  • Properly staked 4130 gas key and upgraded extractor

The assembly incorporates a 4130 steel gas key secured with Grade 8 hardware, a heat-treated, shot-peened, HP/MPI tested 9310 bolt, a hardened 4340 cam pin, and an 8740 steel firing pin. Overall, this Rosco BCG offers a robust, nitride-finished option for AR-15 builds that require reliable operation across common 5.56 and .300 Blackout configurations.
