Battenfeld 119050: This meticulously designed system consists of two precision-engineered aluminum level housings, each precisely calibrated to its respective integrated level. The larger of the two is firmly attached to the firearm's barrel, while the smaller, known as the Reference Level, is positioned on the scope base, ring bottom, or any other flat surface perpendicular to the firearm's vertical axis. To align, the firearm is rotated until the Reference Level reaches alignment. Upon alignment, the Barrel Clamp Level's tuning adjustment knob is turned until its level also meets the Reference Level. This calibration signifies that the Barrel Clamp Level is now attuned with the firearm's axis. To install the scope, it is loosely mounted initially with the Reference Level positioned on its turret cap. The scope is rotated until the Reference Level aligns with the Barrel Clamp Level and can then be securely fastened.
