The Barrett 18520, also known as Barrett's MRAD, is a high-performance long-range precision rifle that can be adapted to meet a variety of user needs. This bolt-action system stands out in the market due to its unrivaled accuracy, which consistently sets new standards in the realm of long-range rifles.
One of the key features of this system is its changeable barrel, which can be easily removed by loosening just two bolts using a standard Torx wrench. This not only minimizes maintenance and logistical issues but also provides flexibility in terms of caliber interchangeability and serviceability, with the easy-to-use MRAD rifle's barrel kits.
Furthermore, the MRAD is equipped with an adjustable, user-accessible, match-grade trigger module, enhancing its usability. The rifle's safety function is thumb-operated and can be set to accommodate both left and right-handed operation. Similarly, the magazine release is ambidextrously designed ensuring a comfortable firing grip and cheek weld can be maintained while it is being operated.
The forward receiver is designed with drilled and tapped holes, making it ready for mounting accessory rails at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
