This youth model features a matte black anodized receiver and a matte black chrome bolt slide. It is equipped with a vent ribbed matte black barrel and a brass bead front sight. The satin-finished Grade I hardwood stock boasts 18 LPI classic cut checkering.
It includes an Inflex recoil pad and a tube capable of storing up to 5 (2.75") shells. This model comes with (3) flush choke tubes (F/M/IC) and a flat wrench for easy tightening. The Length of Pull (LOP) is 12" and the Overall Length (OAL) is 42.5".

This model features an inertia-assisted slide-action for smoother usage and a robust rotary bolt with four massive lugs. It's designed with dual steel action guide bars and a Speed-Plug System with a 3-shot adapter, which can easily be removed without any tools.
The aluminum alloy receiver is drilled and tapped, and the chamber and bore are chrome-plated. Matte black chrome is used on some parts and surfaces for durability and aesthetics.
Another feature of the SXP is the Drop-out Trigger Group, which allows for easy maintenance. It also offers Back-Bored Technology and an Invector-Plus Choke Tube System for superior performance. For safety, it has a crossbolt safety button.
