The Savage Arms 18526 provides a flexible mix of dexterity and precision. Best recognized as the 25 Lightweight Varminter, this rifle is specially designed with a 24" medium-contour, satin blue carbon steel barrel which is sleeved for extra stability. Included are Weaver-style scope bases and triple pillar bedding.
The Savage 25 is engineered with a 3-lug bolt that features a throw degree of 60 which allows even large diameter scopes to be mounted low on the receiver. It's also equipped with the innovative AccuTrigger system, with adjustable settings ranging from 2.5 -3.25 lbs.
Standard specifications of Savage 25 also include a 4-round, detachable box magazine for added efficiency and convenience.
