The Winchester SXR2 Composite is a semi-automatic centerfire rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield, with a 22-inch steel barrel and a matte blued aluminum-alloy receiver. Its gas-piston operating system works with a seven-lug rotating bolt, while the weather-resistant composite stock has line checkering and an ambidextrous palm swell. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, and the rifle uses an adjustable fiber-optic front sight. It accepts four-round magazines.
